LOULIS MILLS SA informs the Athens Stock Exchange and the investing public that its 100% subsidiary, LOULIS INTERNATIONAL FOODS ENTERPRISES BULGARIA LTD has decided to increase its share capital by € 2 million, for the purpose of capital support of the 100% subsidiary of the latter, LOULIS MEL-BULGARIA EAD so as to be able to meet its needs for working capital
