Announcement on Purchase of Own Shares

Loulis Mills SA informs the shareholders that according to article 4 par. 4 of Regulation No. 2273/2003 of the European Commission, and following the decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly on 18.9.2008, proceeded to a purchase of Own Shares, and specifically on 22.09.2008 2.450 own shares were purchased, at an average costs price of 2,79 euro per share and of a total purchase cost of 6.835,50 euro. The purchases of Own Shares are carried out through the member of the Athens Stock Exchange, namely Intersec Securities. Following the above purchase, the Company owns a total of 2.450 own shares (0,01474% of the total 16.622.832 common registered shares.
