The company LOULIS MILLS SA announces the acquisition of 100% of the company LAFCO LEADER ASIAN FOOD COMPANY Ltd against payment euro 1,600. So finally LOULIS MILLS SA participates with 100% in the company GRINCO HOLDINGS LIMITED, an indirect participation of 60% through its subsidiary LAFCO LEADER ASIAN FOOD COMPANY Ltd and with direct participation of 40%.
