LOULIS MILLS S.A. informs the investors that the tax audit for the fiscal years 2006-2009 is completed. Due to the tax audit, additional income taxes and increments of € 1,656 th. and € 375 th. respectively has been occurred. For the unaudited years the company had made a provision for additional taxes of € 600 th. The results of the tax inspection will affect the results of the year 2012.
