Announcement on the transfer of percentage of the subsidiary company in Romania.

Following the announcement on 3/12/2008, Loulis Mills SA informs the shareholders that the transfer of the 29,52% of the shares of the subsidiary company in Romania, S.C. TITAN S.A (120.583.677 shares), from the Cypriot company LOULIS INTERNATIONAL FOODS ENTERPRISES Ltd, to the Austrian company LLI EUROMILLS GmbH was concluded through the Bucharest Stock Exchange. In addition, we announce to the shareholders that the Cypriot company LOULIS INTERNATIONAL FOODS ENTERPRISES Ltd purchased 700.000 shares (i.e. 0,171%) of the company S.C. TITAN S.A. through the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
