Following the announcement on 3/12/2008, Loulis Mills SA informs the shareholders that the transfer of the 32,97% of the shares of the subsidiary company in Bulgaria, LOULIS MEL BULGARIA S.A (221.859 shares), to the Austrian company LLI EUROMILLS GmbH was concluded through the Sofia Stock Exchange.
