Financial Calendar 2018

LOULIS MILLS S.A. announces that according to articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, and in the context of providing accurate and timely information to investors, its Financial Calendar for the year 2018 is the following:

Announcement of Financial Results of the fiscal year 2017 (Annual Financial Report 1/1/-31/12/2017): 26 April 2018. The financial reports will be available in the ASE website (www.helex.gr ) and the Company's website (www.loulismills.gr).

Annual General Assembly of the Shareholders: 14 June 2018.

The Board of Directors will propose to the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders not to distribute dividend for the year 2017.

Should the Company decide to alter the above dates and / or to distribute dividend or any other financial distribution, based on a decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, will promptly inform the investment community at a later date.
