Loulis Mills S.A announces according to Law 3556/2007, decision 1/434/3.7.2007 Circular 33 of the Capital Market Commission that on 24.10.2008 Mr. Konstantinos Dimopoulos, Member of the BoD of the company, proceeded with the purchase of 600 shares of Loulis Mills SA, of total purchase cost of 1.134 euro.
