According to his transaction notifications, Mr. Fotopoulos Nikolaos, Vice Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 2.496 shares of LOULIS MILLS S.A. of a total value of 3.144,96 Euro on 18/04/2012 and 151 shares of LOULIS MILLS S.A. of a total value of 190,26 Euro on 19/04/2012.
