Loulis Mills S.A. announces, according to Law.3556/2007, Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 Circular 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that on 21.01.2008 Mr. Konstantinos Loulis, President of the Board of Directors of the company, acquired 17.500 shares of Loulis Mills S.A, of a total value of 52.376,20 euro.
