LOULIS MILLS S.A. announces that, with the decision of the Company's Board of Directors dated 10/07/2017, Mrs Beriou Georgia of Charalambos was appointed to be the Head of the Shareholders' Department, to replace Mr. Georgios Karpouzas of Constantinos.

At the same meeting, Mr. Georgios Karpouzas of Konstantinos was appointed as Internal Audit Officer.
