Loulis Food Ingredients signed the Diversity Charter for Greek companies as part of its commitment to promote diversity
As Mr. Nikos Loulis, Board Chairman of Loulis Food Ingredients stated: "Equality and equal treatment of all our employees is a non-negotiable priority. In our company we want to embrace and accept the diversity of each of us. We all need to understand that each of us is different on different levels, such as gender, age, religion, sexual preferences, skin color, national identity, education, marital status. To achieve this, we must all work together and support the long-term effort we make to have an organization that is more equitable, that gives equal opportunities to all, without discrimination, an organization that our children will be proud to work for”.
The President of KEAN and Founder of Diversity Charter Greece, Mr. Stavros Milionis, underlined: "Loulis Food Ingredients has signed the Diversity Charter, thereby confirming its interest and intention in planning and implementing actions in the direction of respect for diversity and advocating the healthy inclusion of different executives in its daily operation. We welcome them."

The Diversity Charter is an initiative of the European Commission to implement equal opportunities at work. Greece is the 23rd European country to sign it. More than 250 private and public sector companies, with more than 80,000 employees, have already signed the Diversity Charter. In our country, the Diversity Charter is implemented by the KEAN - Cell of Alternative Youth Activities.
