The Low GI “Ef Zin” mix for low-glycemic bread and the Type 70% Super Strong flour, were presented for the first time to the public at the 16th International Bakery & Patisserie Exhibition “Artoza”, held at the “Athens Metropolitan Expo”, on February 22nd - 25th.
Every day, the entire Loulis Mills family welcomed their guests at the company's brewery-like stand. They offered Greek appetizers accompanied by baked goods such as pretzels with the new 70% Super Strong flour, breadsticks with Polikarpo flour, baguettes with Extra Rustic and Extra Zimoto flour, as well as delicious low-glycemic bread made with the new Low GI “Ef Zin” mix.
