After 9 months of research by our team, more than 4 tons of product used for testing and more than 25 specialized partners from top pizzerias across the country that helped formulate the final products, we present to you 3 new flours: TIPO 00 Classico, TIPO 01 Rustico Stone-milled and Pizza Spolvero, with Loulis Mills’ signature of quality!
This new flour range guarantees high performance and top quality results for every type of baked product. They are ideal for authentic Italian pizza dough, slow fermentation of up to 120 hours and baking at high temperatures. They provide stability, very good elasticity and durability to the dough.
