New flour, Extra Confectionery

At Loulis Mills, we always want to make our customers’ work easier, so we introduce the new Extra Confectionery flour. A fine-grained flour made from low protein soft wheat, ideal for confectionery. An ultra fine-grained flour, resulting in crispy final products with a fine texture. Due to its low protein content, it is perfect for delicate confectionery, as it also has a very good absorption capacity. It is easy to work with and ideal for: shortbread, cookies, baton sale, biscuits and also petit fours!
