Loulis Mills responds to these needs by adding to its wide range of products Quinograin, a new preservative free flour mixture for the creation of highly nutritional bakery goods. Our aim is to offer raw materials of a high nutritional value in order for you to create tasty bakery products that meet the nutritional needs and preferences of your customers! Quinograin mixture contains quinoa, chia and sesame seeds.
The end bakery products have a unique flavour and texture and are a good source of fibre and proteins!
Furthermore, Quinograin mixture does not contain additives (E-numbers).
