The baking seminar with the subject "Extra Rustic Flour and Skliro Petromylou" was held with great success on Monday, March 6, in the Greek Baking School of Loulis Mills in Keratsini, Attica.

The master bakers of the company, Mr. Sarantos Lambrou and Mr. Dimitris Fragogiannis, presented to the attendees of the seminar recipes for savoury and sweet creations with these two flours, such as Maniatiko and Monastery Bread, sweet and spicy bread sticks, as well as many other recipes, which enthused the attendees. Dimitris Fragogiannis also presented his suggestions for special sandwich fillings, with Baguette and Extra Rustic Chiapata. Loulis Mills, investing in the training of bakers and always standing by their side, often organizes seminars in order to inform the bakers about new trends in the industry and to train them on new recipes so that they can stay on top of the developments!
