With an impressive turnout, the “Lenten Baked Goods” workshop, organised by Loulis Mills at the premises of the Greek Baking School in Keratsini, was a great success.

During the workshop, the company’s technicians, Mr. Lamprou and Mr. Fragkogiannis, demonstrated recipes for 4 different types of lagana, the traditional Greek flatbread that becomes the star of the Lenten table on Clean Monday.

The participants also had the opportunity to watch the preparation of tahini pie, a delicious sweet treat that is particularly popular during the fasting period of Lent.
