Notification of important changes concerning the voting rights deriving from shares, pursuant to Law No.3556/2007- Loulis Konstandinos & Manou Olga.

Pursuant to the provisions of Law No. 3556/2007, regarding the voting rights deriving from shares, Loulis Mills SA notifies investors of the following:

- The Identity of the issuer of the shares that form voting rights is the company Loulis Mills SA

-The reason of submission of the notification is the change of voting rights.

- Loulis Mills S.A, as the issuer of shares, was informed by shareholders Mrs. Manou Olga and Mr. Konstandinos on the change of their voting rights (1.923.800 shares, 11,57%).

- The transaction date on which the change of the voting rights is noticed is the 10th of November 2008.

-The change in voting rights of the obligated by the law to inform (Mrs. Manou Olga) is bigger than 10% and the change in the percentage of the Mr. Loulis Konstandinos is bigger than 3%.
