In implementing the clauses of Law 3556/2007, we notify that we were informed by Mr. Konstantinos Loulis and Piraeus Bank, that on the 3rd of December 2007 870.000 shares of Loulis Mills S.A. were given by Mr. Konstantinos Loulis to Piraeus Bank as a collateral. Therefore, the voting rights percentage of Mr. Konstantinos Loulis amounts to 50,74%.
