Loulis Food Ingredients SA informs the investing public that the Board of Directors of the company, by decision of December 13, 2022, appoints the Company's Corporate Communications Manager, Alexandra Kachioutea as the Manager of Investor Relations Unit to replace Ms. Georgia Beriou. Accordingly, the Investor Relations Unit and the Corporate Communications Unit will operate as a single unit.
