Announcement of Loulis Mills S.A

In continuation of the press release of 12/7/2007, Loulis Mills S.A informs that the transfer of the 60% of the stocks of the subsidiary company in Bulgaria to the Austrian company L.L.I. EUROMILLS Gmbh, as well as the transfer of the 5% of the shares that Mr. Konstantinos Loulis owns of the mother company has been concluded, as it has been initially agreed with the Austrian Group of Companies, Friday the 6th of July 2007 in Vienna.
